• Over all co ordination on Gender Responsive Budgeting (GRB); supporting Government of Madhya Pradesh (GoMP) in implementing and monitoring the program• Involved in establishing political commitment at the highest level for GRB in Madhya Pradesh [MP]• Review the GRB initiatives at Union and state level and examine potential entry points for strengthening GRB in MP• Encompass a strong capacity development plan for training various stakeholders in GRB in the state and coordination with the logistic of the workshops as well as preparing reports • Involved in implementing GRB in sectoral policy and programs of GoMP• Collection and compilation of data sheet to develop the Management Information System [MIS] for monitoring of government schemes from different departments to evaluate the progress on Gender related issues• Identify and critically examine the schemes of GoMP for gender lens and coordinating GRB work with various stakeholder and across various departments• Prepare reports of the monitoring committee formed by GoMP and review all ongoing efforts on GRB in the state• Coordinate with the departments for information for website and ongoing implementation of GRB.• Work on preliminary and secondary data for GRB related research studies and prepare draft reports and recommendations as per requirement for implementation of GRB in the state

# Interfacing with various agencies, both government and non-government, in the project area and enlisting support of various leadership groups for programme implementation.# Assessing the needs of the project personnel and other target groups in terms of training and information, education and motivation, material requirements, management development and taking effective steps for Human Resource development of the project.# Promoting safe abortion, Mobilizing women for safe abortion at registered institution, Creating awareness on birth spacing and HIV/AIDS, Expanding basket of choices, Stabilizing Linkages with lined dept. Like sub-centers, PHC etc.
