• An individual contributor who is responsible for end to end recruitment and selection of Lateral requirements for Health Care vertical and 3 major business units/ Accounts In UST .• Interacts with stakeholders / hiring managers within the business and sub-region.• Drives achievement of the hiring targets for their sub region, including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity goals and stakeholders and candidate satisfaction.• Drives achievement of the hiring targets for their sub region, including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity goals and stakeholders and candidate satisfaction.• Manages the End to end staffing process within the sub-region; supports implementation of sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation.• Involved in staffing niche Skills engagements as well as high volume projects.• Counsels with managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate policy.• Establishes relationships with vendors and other sourcing medias to meet the needs of the staffing plan.• Provides support on hiring initiatives where there is staffing impact.• Develops expertise in one or more of the key areas within staffing and recruiting.• Hands on experience in conducting Mass Walk-Ins in multiple locations.• Works with businesses, functions, or geographies on focused initiatives.• Experience in web-based applicant tracking using Taleo

Job Responsibility: Involved in entire recruitment lifecycle (requirement gathering to on-boarding) for permanent and contractual staffing.Understanding the requirement, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, scheduling and closing the positions.Sourcing candidates through various job portals, job posting, mass mailing, networking sites & references. Pre-screening relevant profiles as per the specifications given by the client. Briefing the candidates about the job requirement and shortlisting as per the requirements. Interview scheduling & co-ordination (Telephonic, F2F & Video Conferencing) Coordinating with the client and the offered candidates on salary negotiations and the joining date. Achieved 100% hiring targets and maintaining good relation with the management. Building talent pipeline.Maintaining regular tracker on the end-to-end recruitment activities and reporting to the managers.
