Creation of PRs/POs in SAP request received from site team, ensure there client & procurement approvals in Place. Shared PO details to vendor team once PO is received. Maintaining and Updating of PR/PO trackers, shared PR status to site team on daily basis. Coordination with Vendors for submission of invoices on monthly basis and ensure invoices are submitted on time on ARIBA Portal.Escalate non-performance of vendor to the Procurement Leads for necessary action. Ensure timely payments released to the vendors/ESPL, Escalate non paid vendors to respective stake holders like Finance, Procurement and Ops teams. Coordination with finance team for vendors payments and ensure payments are being paid as per payment terms agreed. Ensure payments reconciliation is done for vendors and collecting NDC from the vendors & submitted to finance team. Coordinate centrally & make sure all Invoicing done before 10th of each month for previous month & also ensure the all invoices submitted to clinet on every 15th of each month. Following with site team for cost sheet approvals, following with finance team post BOT raised for invoicing. Maintaining ageing summary and track this week on week, Invoicing & debt calls done with Operations team on weekly basis & report shared with Ops Head on weekly basis. Maintaining Debt call tracker, Customer Invoicing tracker on daily. tracked & maintain the vendor master tracker on daily. Preparation and updation of Monthly AOP sheet for West region & provide Spend Vs every Month. Carrying out Variance analysis for difference in Budget vs Actual Revenues. Overview of variance analysis share with Regional Head on monthly basis.
