Appointed good Welders and insulators that lead to expedited progress with remarkably low repair percentages.• Carried out NDT activities including Radiographic film interpretation & Ultrasonic Test interpretation• Successfully organised and implemented 24-hour high-pressure Hydrotest of 42 km pipeline section.• Supervised Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) procedure and water body crossing. • Lead laying activities for PAN India Pipeline Project (Gurgaon Section) and lent my hydrotesting expertise at Cauvery Basin Pipeline Replacement Project.  Inspection • Deployed to Jiangsu Shagang International Trade Co., Ltd., China to undertake coil inspection activities for GAIL (India) Limited and released 10,000 tonnes of finished plate for pipe making.• Undertook pipe inspection activities for LSAW bare and coated pipes and dispatched around 6000 pipes of various diameters and thicknesses to site.  Project Coordination and Tender Preparation• Issued assignments and co-ordinated with various departments to prepare numerous tenders based on site visits, survey data, design basis etc.• Designed General Arrangement Drawings based on P&IDs and site data for implementation of terminal works.• Determined eligibility of bidders by analysing bids and providing technical queries (TBA & TC) for various tenders

 Engineering and Project Co-ordination • Coordinated project activities in the steel sector with the client, contractor and various technological and service departments. • Evaluated fabrication drawings, basic & detail engineering drawings concerning valves, pumps & other mechanical equipment involved in reheating furnaces along with their arrangement.• Provided Technical Bid Scrutiny for prequalification of bidders for the respective tenders.
