I am responsible for delivering projects across Price Perception, Pricing Customer Experience, and Seller Pricing Experience across EU Markets for Amazon's Marketplace (3P) BusinessPrior to this, I was a Category Leader with Home Centre, the 1$bn Home Furnishing Business of the Landmark Group(largest non-food retailer in the Middle East). I spent seven years with the group, the last 4 of which have been with Home Centre where I spent this time transforming the merchandise planning and commercial functions to be more process-driven, to embrace data as the foundation of all decision making, and helping build an assortment that stood for aspirational designs at affordable prices. I began my Landmark journey serving as the Chief of Staff to Aarti Jagtiani, helping her navigate her role as the Executive Director on the board of the Landmark Group. Two years in this role helped me gain a bird’s eye view of the complexities of running a $7 billion organization that spans 2000+ Stores and 12 business units across 10 countries My career started at KPMG as part of their Risk and Management Consulting Practice working with marquee clients such as Unilever, HP, Britannia, Muthoot Finance, and Daimler India to name a few. These were my foundational years that today help me work seamlessly and confidently between any org structure, and level of seniority while navigating complex issues agnostic of industry or function.
