Answer Genomics is a Genetic Research Organization creating DNA based lifestyle solutions for the Indian population.

I handle Global functions which includes Business Information and Solutions, R&D and Global Value Innovation Center for PepsiCo. Work requires coordination with PepsiCo Global (US) and Sector (Dubai) to ensure consistent standards and practices are maintained all across PepsiCo. I handle end to end HR in coordination with Solution Delivery Teams to understand Business Challenges and Deliver on a daily basis.

Region HR managing end to end HR for all of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala for Frito Lays India (PepsiCo International). Talent Acquistion: Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies along with use of job portals to source profiles, interview candidates and aid in onboarding to meet talent requirements of the region.Capability Development: Identify the needs of the organization and match them with individual aspirations to run training, workshops, coaching for capability development.Workforce Planning: Identify workforce requirements to maintain ideal manpower numbers and rationalize manpower to reduce cost and ensuring profitability.Business Partnering: Collaborate with business to understand requirements and fulfill the same through various interventions.Maintaining Organizational Health: Help employees maintain a proper work life balance while keeping in mind the health and wellness of the individual and needs of the organization.Performance Management: Conduct appraisals for employees in coordination with business and identify potential.Talent Pipeline: Based on the previous exercise provide a career path to employees based on potential, aspirations and organizational requirement.Payroll and incentives: Communication of payroll inputs and incentive earnings to Business Center to ensure timely payroll processing.Exit Process: Aid employees in a smooth transition in case of an exit.
