Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis.• Working on W2 both Full time and Contract positions.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories• Identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations in the IT staffing market.• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applicant flow
