I worked with the companies Google AdWords advertising budget to run data analysis reports and establish trends to determine where to allocate costs. I wrote published technical blog posts about smartphone screen size and orientation in relation to device detection as well as used Pardot (Salesforce) to market effectively. Moved all of the old YouTube videos to a new channel and polished the content through editing, graphics and thumbnails. Primary duties were to assist with a) Review and maintain our Google AdWords accounts; b) Add content to our new website; c) Assist with marketing materials including product specific and industry specific; d) Evaluate new advertising and marketing options and make recommendations; e) Assist with differentiation marketing campaigns.

Primarily worked on editing and making sure all documents and proposals were up to speed before they left the company for the eyes of others. Worked extensively with Sharepoint and reallocated all of the files to a more accessible mode for all employees to expedite processes. After completing work on the Sharepoint I independently suggested a method for improving training for newer and existing employees by taking the existing training sessions and converting them into a video format. I made some high quality videos that hopefully will be used for training sessions for a good while. The videos were meant to become more efficient and money saving methods of training that employees could do from their decks. I was given high praise for my work on them and was happy to be allowed to work on that independent project.

I was in charge of finding business proposals that would benefit the company. I was also in charge of taking care of menial tasks as in calling other corporations to set up charity fundraisers and creating flyers and posters. Primarily helped with billings and business development. Helped with ITdepartment as well. Assisted by working well with others, and taken on other difficult needs of CFO team.
