1. Preparing Bill of Quantity / Material Request’s2. Material ordering and following up the same while organizing Procurement/ supplier meetings.3. Regular contact with Project Director, Procurement Manager, Estimation manager, Main contractors, Consultants, Client, sub-contractors, Suppliers, Manufactures, and with other Discipline Engineers5. Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion6. Assist with process improvements and inform best practices in data center operations7. Responsible for the Telecom, BMS, CCTV, Access Control, BGM and Fire Alarm systems design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client's approval8. Identifying all design data and ensure adherence to specific International Codes and Standard9. Supervise monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion and Attend Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments10. Conducting value engineering studies and exercises to ensure cost savings. Update management on risks to project completion and provide risk mitigation strategies11. Assisting the Commissioning team for the ELV system related packages12. Managing and Implementation of Commissioning plan, Responsibility Matrix and commissioning programs in relation to ELV systems, Systems integration and package unit’s activities13. Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used conform to project specifications and quality standards.14. Managing the preparation process of Training Manuals and as built drawings in relation to all ELV systems
