Responsibilities-• Closely work with Account manager, from getting the requirements to submitting the profiles.• Sourcing resumes from Job Diva, Job Portals, Vendors, LinkedIn and references.• Screening all the candidate's profiles as per the requirements.• Shortlisting potential candidate’s resume and communicates with candidates via email and phone.• Work with W2, C2C and full-time tax terms. • Working with Visa Holders like – H1B, TN, GC, US Citizen, GC EAD and H4EAD.• Negotiate the rate with candidates on tax terms like W2, 1099 and Corp. to Corp. for hourly rates.• Hands-on experience on ATS (Job Diva) and Job portals (CB, Dice & Monster US).• Working on full-time requirements as well and hiring candidates on annual salary with benefits.• Schedule the phone and face to face interview of the candidates and do proper follow-ups.• Coordinate with vendors to get the candidates for Corp-to-Corp requirements.
