Research Design and Insight• In conjunction with the HQ Research Group and local research agencies, manages and develops research projects to provide information on consumer needs/profiles/behavior’s, segmentation dynamics, channel and trade characteristics as well as equity• Initiates new research projects by recommending opportunities and identifying emerging trends. Product performance metrics (distribution, volume, repeat purchase, market share, etc.) and track overall brand performance to ensure performance delivery. Understand specific pros and cons to different research methodologies and can recommend properly.• Translate Research data to actionable insights on consumer behavior and their drivers.Market Modeling • Design, develop and maintain a market model that can approximate movements in industry volume, segment share and company/brand shares using assumptions on external environment changes and competitive moves.• Ensure the development of integrated long-term macro-economic forecast/industry forecast and provide insightful input for Annual Strategic Planning. Support Head of marketing in validating plan to ensure line of sight from consumer/trade segment strategies through brand and trade activities.Business insights and planning• Oversee the Business Insights and Planning function to ensure of developing comprehensive competitive analysis, consumer/trade segmentation. Specific emphasis on working with Field Marketing & Operations team to collect consumer & trade data that are relevant and actionable, balancing information needs with operations capabilities. Design territory analysis (Consumer & trade insights) to best support Field marketing & sales driving brand performance in their area.• Oversee the design of program KPI planning & measurement for all brand/trade activities. Ensure continuous follow-up and sound analysis of program results and key learning. Lead team to provide insightful and clear report on team/territory performance.

• Working with cross-function for Preparation of strategy, business plans andproviding insights for new emerging markets.• Evaluate plan, reviews, and present data in a variety of formats to a high levelof accuracy and consistency for latest market trends, consumer behavior.• Liaising and interact effectively with an extensive network of sales team, atsenior and junior levels and respond effectively to their data requirement.• Implement and support to digital transformation of our Bottler’s existingsystem via SFA, BOS, AIS.• Devising optimum ways & method to improve the database of outlets & salestrend & forecast by cleaning up of junk data, calibration & validating, floatingout data into relevant fields.• Delivering insights and analyses at regional level working with differentstakeholders.

Much of my previous work experience has been in Data Management, Data Analysis, and the tools and techniques I have learned from this industry transfer directly to the job i am currently doing, including effective written and verbal communication, facilitating group discussions, problem solving, developing rapport, organizing, meeting goals, and managing groups.Additionally, I have expertise in:• Use of Excel, MS-Access for the calculation and preparation of DPR, WPR and MPR (Reports) using advanced Excel like VLOOKUP, Hookup, Count IF, Pivot tables.• Sound knowledge of database, MySQL, data validation, exporting and importing data and prepare reports• Extracting data from different software’s and prepare MIS reports.• Track and analyze performance of Resources, Supervisors, and others based on the reports.• Co-ordinate with manager and prepare reports, data trends needed for making decisions.• Handling large sets of data and maintain properly for the future requirement.I am currently working with Suyash International Pvt. (Britannia Nepal) Ltd as MIS Officer for over 6 months. My duties include preparation of MIS Reports, performance tracking, sales analysis, trend reporting, data validation, etc. I have been designing dashboard in clear formats and collaborating with team for effective performance. I work closely with sales manager and directly reports to him. I have also worked with Hanu Software solutions, India for 2 Years. My designation was Process Associate, and I was working with Equest Process, a U.S. process. Among many of my duties, I was also involved in communicating with the client through email and telephonic conversation about issues or any instant updates required in the process.

My job profile involves working with Excel, SQL,MS Word and web platform. Data management and receiving the data from the client and working on it in most efficient manner is my primary task. After completing all the task, i have to make reports and summary about works done on daily basis send it to the Client. I have to keep regular touch with client for any issues or updates.
