1. Responsible to represent casting process and Casting plant at global level in ABB.2. Successes fully install & commissioning of the Casting plant from start to end.3. Responsible for finished casted coils and its quality requirement.4. Experience to handle critical situation or break downs in the Casting Plant as Hands on experience.5. Many implements done at shop floor for the improve productivity and process improvements based on requirements in shop floor.6. Successes fully developed systems for the process plant, Mold storage and coil storage. 7. Responsible to meet the production targets and achieve the Revenue.
