Experience of more than 9 years in 3 multinationals dealing in EDM queries of the employees. Dealing with escalations and executive requests from top 500 leadership managers. Processing mass data changes (for 6000+ employees) in relation to transfers, location changes, positions attributes, salary changes, EXPAT movements, mass RIF (reduction in force). Analysing and preparing escalation dashboard for upper management. Liaising with other teams for complex queries such as duplicate record, backdate pay and seniority dates. Responsible for providing information related to Jpmc Policies, procedures, maintaining employee records and programs, dealing with queries related with employee relations, onboarding, training and certification programs, compensation and benefits, IJPs, referral programs, expatriation/repatriation changes, Employee stock options, transfers and transitions criteria, CSR activities, separation procedures (employee and organization initiated) and policies, LWD formalities and timelines on exit checklist and exit letters.
