• Dealing with day-to-day queries of new, existing and exiting employees related with Accenture Policies, reaching us through mails, tickets and calls.• Guiding new joiner on new joiner formalities, booking orientation sessions, updating bank and personal details, updating them of project related details, familiarizing them with Accenture portals their usage and new joiner training, etc• Advising the employee on transfer related queries, both Inter and Intra movements and related policy• Informing and assisting in raising request for the employees on leaves such as PTO, LOA, MAT and AMAT, Sabbatical and related policies• Addressing and assisting raising request for employee grievances and harassment and related policies• Making changes to employee personal details such as DOB, Name, marital status, location and designation at the employees request• Advising on compensation changes rolled out by the payroll team and how it will affect the individual employees• Interacting with the various team such as payroll and T&E (scheduling) in order to escalate queries • Updating career counselor and training approver as per the employees request• Updating the employee on Employee benefit programs such as Hours that Help (HTH) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Advising the employee on separation polices, exit interviews, LWD formalities and procedures• As the POC for Accenture Tools, to update the team on any changes in Accenture Portals, Timeline for changes, new tools and timely reminders on current status and steps to be followed on each portal• Communicating company-wide CSR initiatives
