• Designed and developed CC&B solutions for multiple public utility holding companies based in USA providing natural gas service, city lights service, water and waste water service through its regulated core utility operations. The legacy system was outdated and inefficient to handle the expanding customer count. PwC provided an upgraded billing solution in the form of CC&B. • Worked on a full cycle implementation of CC&B System involving requirement gathering, functional and technical design.• Designed and developed algorithms, batches, change handlers, MO extensions, service programs, XAI services and Config tool components in version 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5.• Integrated CC&B with OUCSS.• Developed PL/SQL procedures as a part of data migration activity.• Performed upgrade activities from CC&B 2.3 to 2.4 and 2.5.• Rendered and received CC&B technical and functional trainings.• Achieved CC&B implementer certification by oracle.• Provided managerial services/post go-live support to multiple clients.
