Finding insights and data visualization in the Display/Search advertisement industry for one of the largest technology companies in the world using in-house tools. Worked with MS-Excel, SQL, SCOPE Language, COSMOS Big Data.Key projects done for a US fortune 100 technology company:-> Mobile Apps Star Rating Analysis-> Identifying high-value users to display advertisements in the customer’s websites -> Analysing the performance of the Operating system and identifying the reasons why operating system’s Revenue Per Search is low in the search industry-> Identified opportunities to cut down on pixel space with minimal impact on Revenue Per Search -> One of world’s largest search engine became the default search engine for a browser. We analysed the difference in search engine’s traffic % between browser and its front page-> There was a bug in the system due to which threshold of Line count for displaying ads in a search page was not adhered. We analysed the time when it was not adhered and informed clients about this issue which was very helpful for them.-> We checked whether the last clicked Main Line Ad in a search page is priced due to Rank score of Side Bar or Main line threshold. Our motive here was to understand whether the last clicked Main Line Ad was priced less or more. (which is per 2nd pricing model)-> Performing Query mix analysis where we adjust for volume between Treatment (Test phase) and control to compare various performance metrics.
