my role was in this company as project manager.I was responsible for to plan, coordinate and execute the relevant BTL activity including negotiation with suppliers, execution, follow-up and close-out. I also responsible of processing the BTL purchases of the commercial teams to ensure optimal quality, service and cost. I also responsible of processing marketing invoices and tracking the expenditures.1- Events/ BTL activity management• Plan and execute events for Promotion activity, SCP, campaign , College activity, Road show, mall activity other BTL activity as part of marketing campaigns and following a brief from the commercial teams• Prepare close-out for the events• Track competition and take learnings 2- BTL purchases:• Handle and negotiate the purchasing of advertising, promotional and printing material• Follow-up on samples/mock-ups, execution, timing and quality• Meet with BTL agencies/suppliers for new projects presentation and present them to Brand Managers when relevant 3- Marketing invoices:• Receive and Process invoices for the marketing department• Compile and track the marketing expenditures• Review the invoices process and recommend ways to enhance the process.
