Position/Role : DBA Tools/Packages used :Sybase(ASE_PC_Client_15.7)Organisation : Tata Consultancy ServicesRESPONSIBILITIES:-Currently Working as DBA in DOPI Project.Working as a Team Lead.Resolving L2 and L3 level Tickets related to core database issue including modifying database table and writing new queries.Manual, on Demand and setup jobs for Database, design database backup strategy.Working experience in Database Backup, Restore and Point in Time Recovery.Monitor Server Activity, Error Log, Space used and solving problem as needed.Installed, Configured SQLANYWHERE_16 in Development, Test and Production Environment.Wrote SQL/T-SQL queries, Stored Procedure, Functions and Triggers.Strong Working experience in creating, modifying tables, Views and Stored Procedures.Prepare the Roaster Plan for the team.Proving solution by resolving Tickets, raised by the client on ServiceDesk.Providing Solution for POS Production and Training support Tickets.On Daily basis checking the Mobilink Server heath check and CPU utilization.Provide support to the client with Sybase database Infrastructure.Write the Queries and stored Procedure to get the required output as per the client requirement.Rectifying the Mobilink sync issues faced by the client.Shutdown and Restart the Mobilink Server whenever required.Technical support on Sybase, SAP Applications, Application support training and data maintenance for client (DOP).Identifying and resolving technical issues.Setting up the entire purchasing cycle with purchase requisition, purchase order with contracts & scheduling agreements for transactions processing as per the business requirement.Resolving the tickets on Service desk based on priority levels as per the parameters.Progress reporting to line management and identification of risks and issues.Provide support to service management and delivery team.Coordinate with the other teams for the client issue resolution, in case of requirement.Involve in CSI Rollout activity for POS and SAP Application instalment.Taking care of POS verification and mapping for CSI Rollout.Collect data from client for POS mapping and POS verification.Collect information form client and create the dummy dataset with the help of HR teams and for client internal training before Rollout.Technical support on Sybase, SAP Applications & Linux, Application Support training and data maintenance for client (DOP).Progress reporting to line management and identification of risks and issues.Mapping of the DOP services for the SAP application.
