Such action, with the assistance of Smart-View, negated the need for manual input and reduced processing time by 95%.• Rebuilt S&OP forecast offering, successfully improving Purchasing, Financial and Sales forecasting mechanisms. In addition, improved Sell In Data and introduced the concept of Sell Out Data.• Held Number 1 Sales Forecaster status for the last 3 years (globally) across Fiskars Group.• Designed and implemented the initial customised PO software (excel VBA macro).
