• Working as a Team Lead to handle Client’s requirements Managing and mentoring the team while providing them proper guidance and training to make the most suitable submission. • Providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates• Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.• Monitor Team Member performance and set pace with standards.• Managing full-lifecycle of recruiting (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring.• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through various strategies/channels like: Dice, Monster, Carrer Builder, Tech- Fetch.• Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions• Responsible for making Daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports.• Weekly Meetings with Team Members to achieve their targets.
