Physical Design and Implementation of Block Level Design (Jan-May 2016) Tools:- ICC, PrimeTimeSI, CalibreProject Details:This Project was targeted for Physical Design Flow (GLN to GDSII), where I did Floor planning, Power planning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis, Routing, Physical verification, DFM, Signal integrity and Post layout STA.Challenges:- • Fixing Antenna violation with Critical manual routing. • Fixing transition violations using buffer, cell up sizing & cloning. • Identifying the reasons for timing closure at each step of Physical Design flow. • Fixing DRC such as Overlap, Min width, area, spacing by manually after detailed routing. • Fixing LVS stamping error. • Fixing floating pins by manual placement of cells. • Placement of macros based on data flow diagram to obtain maximum contiguous core area. • Creation of placement and routing blockages. • Efficient clock tree generation.2. Analysis of Different Timing Paths Tools:- PrimeTime SIProject Details:- The aim of the project was to perform Synthesis and analyze timing reports for different designs which consists of all kinds of timing paths for flip flop and latch based designs.Challenges:- Interpreting and visualize the circuit from the timing report, realization of incomplete SDC,Impact of sizing cell for timing report, effect of OCV and removal of common path reconvergence pessimism. Understanding of delays caused by various cells and nets.3. P&R Flow AutomationTools: ICCDuration: Mar – Apr 2016 Project Details:- The aim of this project was to establish P&R flow automation. In this project we Developed scripts for automatic fixing of Antenna violations, Hold violations and Transition violations.Challenges:- Determination of nets to fix, writing scripts with efficient run time, fixing without affecting other timing.

Ltd.Designation: Design Engineer (Team Lead) Duration: Mar-2013 – Jan 2014 Project Details: This fully automated Laser cutting Machine was developed for cutting suitcase holes, different Slots profiles, and wheel profiles from 3D suitcase model. I did automation using script programming for 20-types of different suitcase models. Worked as a Team lead for the Project.Challenges: Automation cycle time and cutting accuracy were the most crucial point till end of the project. For achieve this we did different trials and modifications in automation cycle.2. Automatic Nozzle Marking using Laser Client: Bosch India Pvt. Ltd.Tools/Hardware Used: Siemens 802D 5-Axis PLC and HMI Controller with 72 inputs and 50 outputs.Organization: Sahajanand Laser Tech. Pvt. Ltd.Designation: Design EngineerDuration: July-2012 – Jan 2013 Project Details:This fully Automatic Robotic Pick N Place machine was developed for Laser Marking on dual Nozzle Periphery with rotary movement at same time, which is used in Automobile Industries. I did PLC and HMI Programming.Challenges: Automation cycle time and Laser Marking accuracy were the most crucial point of the project. For achieve this we did different trials and modifications in automation cycle as well change marking parameters and achieved maximum marking speed with good accuracy.
