Blends academic training in Hospitality and Hotel administration from IHM Dehradun with the ideology that hospitality is not only a job but also a service which can make other people's experience memorable forever. I also completed Industrial training from Cidade Goa Hotel in all four departments (F & B services, F & B production, House keeping, Front office) and also awarded with appreciation certificate during training .I have also worked with Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Greater Noida in F & B services .Also, worked as a tour consultant with Lama holidays wherein I used to handle travel related query of travel agents across the country.I also used to do Hotels booking, sight seen bookings ,transfers arrangement and was also indulge in visa processing. I was also involved in preparing itinerary of complete tours. Moreover it was also my job responsibility to send invoice and to do payment follow up.I also used to visit the travel agents' office for healthy business growth of the company.Currently, working with Goibibo.com (Ibibo Group) as a CRM Consultant, which is an online Hotel & Holiday sales where my job responsibilities include:1:To process amendment , partial cancellation, cancellation of the booking after getting approval from Hotels.2: Also give floor support & take supervisor's call being a tenured employee. 3: Handle management escalated cases as well. 4: Also assign work to the team members. I have also received award for the best employee of the month.
