-Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls-Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies-Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors-Conduct competitive and demand analysis-Maintain distribution channel data integrity-Implement appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy-Analyze and determine whether hotel is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.-Prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for each property using PMS, Delphi, IDeaS and forecasting tools FPD-Ensure that all rooms statistics reports and any other related reports are accurate and consistent-Ensure that all revenue management related systems are maintained -Conduct daily detail call with the hotel commercial team to give a insight of pick-up trend and overall strategy-Conduct weekly business focus meeting to discuss and provide strategic direction to the commercial team-Conduct weekly group revenue meeting to determine group strategy as per business needs-Give the sales team a clear direction of business needs by analyzing business trends-In-charge of providing commercial excellence training to the new revenue managers hired-Portfolio: Doubletree Perth Northbridge, Doubletree Waterfront Perth, Doubletree Karaka, Hilton Cairns and Doubletree Cairns

-Relieve Cluster Director of Business Development while he/she is away-Relieve Cluster Reservations Manager while he/she is away-Manager on duty during weekends on a quarterly basis, in-charge of resort operations-Quote group rates for both properties-Daily detail call with Revenue Manager to set strategies to remain competitive in the competition set-Drive upsell program for rooms and F&B-Set-up of F&B revenue management reporting for Double Tree Resort by Hilton, Fiji-Sonaisali Island (Pre-opening team)-Drive F&B, Spa and Concessionaire revenues-Conduct weekly F&B commercial focus meeting to set-up strategies to meet targets-Analysis of trends in revenue management of F&B and rooms-Provide revenue support to reservations and C&E team-Forecasting activities for both properties on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis in conjunction with RMCC, Cluster DBD and GM/HM.-Proactive support to the Sales team with analysis to understand and act upon trends of business by market segments, accounts, market geographic and room type specifications.-Support the inception of new stages of the resort to determine sales strategy.-Review business plans and identify gaps to support proactive measures to fill capacity and meet targets of non-rooms revenue streams

Essential duties and responsibilities:-Assist in the timely billing of accounts-Assist in the reconciliation of accounts-Respond to and resolve account queries-Collate suppliers documentation for processing-Reconcile supplier statements with established records and report any discrepancies-Maintain a filing system for account receivable records-Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post,edit and update to accounts receivable system-Calculate travel agent commissions-Monitor hotel exchange rates abd adjust as necessary in accordance with finance policy-Preparation and analysis of daily void report-Review of revenue totals by outlet to ensure accuracy in posting-Review and test to ensure that all menu prices agree to those configured in the Point of Sale (POS)-Administer the Materials Control system as a system master and provide trainings to users when required.

-Incharge of arranging accommodation for the expatriates from abroad -Submission of fortnightly reports to the Manager Office of the Vice Chancellor-Liase with the real estate agents about residential lots for rent-Oversee the accommodation facilities of the staff and report for repairs to the Engineering team-Give in suggestions for budget preparation for the accommodation department-Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor

-Maintain a safe and peaceful living environment in which students from the various regional countries can feel at home and get to know each other-Promote tolerance and understanding so that residents can interact well with each other-Build community by organising social, cross-cultural and educational activities-Ensure that the facilities available are used responsibly and kept in proper condition-Make hall members aware of the rules and help them to ubderstand why these rules are needed while enforcing them-Submitting weekly reports on my assigned area,provide programme proposals to the halls office,provide administrative support to the staff on shift and provision of services to a community of 900 residents.
