At Sharjah Cement Factory, I work in QA/QC. SCF manufactures Oil Well Cement Class A, H & G.We perform the Thickening Time test, Free water percentage, and Compressive strength test at 38°C and 60°C as per API technical specifications.Currently, I am working with ADNOC cementing personnel in the SCF Bulk plant (Blending Plant) and Cementing Lab.Blending operations are proceeding according to ADNOC rig requirements, such as Light weight Blend, Silica sand, Silica Flour blend, Flexible blend, Expendable blend, etc.Blended material is checked in the cementing lab first to verify the specific gravity in the Micromeritics Gas Pycnometer and to obtain the given specific density.Conduct tests to obtain results as per given rheology at the surface and conditions. Check the gel strength, free water, fluid loss test, thickening time test, and compressive strength test.Quality assurance/quality control for various chemical sections from different suppliers.Conducting different types of tests for each chemical to meet operational requirements across various wells and sections.

• Design various types of slurries including light weight, heavy weight, Anti gas migration, Quick set. • Design Spacers and conducting various tests including mud, spacer and cement compatibilities. • Conduct tests (API Rheologies, Thickening time, Compressive Strength, Fluid Loss, Free Water, compressive strength) on cement slurries. • Operate various equipments of cement Lab including HPHT consistometer, Ultrasonic Cement analyzer (UCA), Atmospheric Consistometer, Viscometer etc. • Have expertise in selection and using of oil well cements and chemicals /additives, used in cementing jobs. • Command over various Lab Software such as , CHANDLER 5270 Data acquisition etc. • Designs and Conducts tests for Tender slurries of cementing jobs to customers. • Collect data, documents test results, and prepare reports or other documentation. • Maintain files and documentation related to test equipment. • Cementing technology, oil and gas analysis, water analysis, loss prevention.• Calibration and Maintenance of Cementing and Drilling Laboratory Equipment's including HPHT Consistometer, UCA (Ultrasonic Cement Analyzer), Controllers (Temperature and Pressure), Curing Chamber, High Speed Mixer, Fann35.
