• Provides guidance to assist the employees, managers and HR with the self-service features and ensures that the inquiry is resolved in a timely manner.• Works closely with functional departments (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, HR) to ensure process efficiency and the accuracy of information being utilized.• Processing Transactions in Workday transactions.• Performs background research and follow-up activities needed to resolve requests that cannot be resolved at the time of initial contact.• Letter Generation, background verification, reference check• Coordinate with stakeholders• Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee data in system.• Manage the desk by resolving employees by utilizing our Case Management system (Service Now)• Ad-Hoc Work : Testing on ADP tax submission, Solution accepted (Service Now) and HR agent workspace.
