• Calculated the maximum force impacting the chassis, tie rods and front double wishbone suspension to simulate loading conditions during FEA studies to ensure safety of the driver and vehicle
• Collaborated with a team of 4 on to design of the chassis of the Baja around the suspension of the vehicle while maintaining competition regulation using SAE Baja guidelines
• Utilized Ansys Static Structural to conduct a FEA study using drop test and dynamic cornering loadings
• Integrated several subsystems into final assembly with proper tolerances in order to proceed to manufacturing

• Repaired Zortrax M200 3D Printer by making a 20-Pin connector and soldering wires to obtain optimal length, as well as having proper arrangements by testing continuity using a Multimeter.
