Working on Jira’s – Resolving client’s issues and answering to the queries.Answering to calls. Making outbound calls to supplier and hotel.Confirming bookings at hotel along with room type, board type. Including last minute bookings.Resolving in-house and post check-out complaints.Negotiate with hotel and supplier for refund, compensation, and waiver.Provide quote for new booking and make new booking as per client requirements.Managing the shift – Taking care of workload in the shift, assigning cases to other associates on shift and update tracker. Schedule the break time for the shift.Helping teammates with product knowledge and assist them with case to resolve it faster.Training new agents with the process.Taking escalated calls and assisting irate clients with a solutionEscalating case to upper level if not resolved in time. Create timeline for the cases to be escalated and follow up with supplier over call and emails.Create virtual credit card if we have to pay the hotel (for breakfast, room upgrade).Routing the cases to appropriate department (accounts, IT).Make sure the work is under control throughout the shift and less cases are handed over.Check the cases and highlight the mistakes done and provide feedback to the agent. Accumulate the data and forward to manager and trainer.
