I am a dedicated professional with 7 years of extensive experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Analytical Laboratory Analysis. My expertise spans across the mining, minerals processing, and chemical & catalyst manufacturing industries, where I have specialized in elemental analysis (PGM and Base metals), ores, and chemical analysis, as well as mining and minerals product testing using advanced analytical instruments.I hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry and have had the privilege of working with renowned organizations such as Bureau Veritas India Pvt Ltd, Wolkem India Limited, and Golcha Group. Currently, I serve as an Executive Lab Analyst at Johnson Matthey India Pvt Ltd, where I manage raw material, in-process, and finished goods analysis using sophisticated tools such as ICP-OES, XRF, BET Surface Area Analyzer, Leco TGA, and Particle Size Analyzer, along with Data Analysis & Reporting through LIMS and SAP. My background also includes good knowledge of ISO 17025 (Laboratory Management Systems), ISO 9001 & IATF 16949(Quality Management Systems), and integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). I am passionate about ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of accuracy. Additionally, I have experience in team training, audit management, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and Gemba.
