Mission of this role is to build supply of 1200+ Drivers with 90% live fleet and positive wallet.

• Handling major clients like Zepto, Delhivery, Park+, Loadshare, etc.• Signing up new clients from quick commerce and e-commerce.• Training new joiners about the product, CRM, and company processes.• Scaled up Zepto's portfolio from 10 Lacs to 1 Crore by ensuring cross-functioning across teams in the current organization.• Handling client escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Managing a team of more than 7000 Pickup & Delivery Partnersdirectly on a daily basis• Responsible for managing in-store Operations for Instamart pods inthe city• Own end-to-end planning and execution of measures to provide high standards of customerexperience including QC across categories and ensure good packaging methods are practiced.
