Ascertain smooth functionality of the equipments by conducting routine services and inspections. • Illustrating the functional criteria of the equipments in order to modify the circuitry. Checking the technical reports of the equipments in order to find the problematic equipment. Modify equipments by replacing with necessary parts in order to offer the best services of the machine.• Determining warranty status and RMA requirements and preparing repair and replacement cost quotes and estimates.• Implementing and documenting ISO9001: 2000 processes / standards for department. Maintaining technical documentation for spare parts inventory and provide RMA report to the Principal every month.• Devising and documenting product assembly / disassembly techniques to hands off from engineering to operation
