The initiative involves creating smart & intelligent flow where emails & sms are sent to potential customers (leads) who missed out on an opportunity to associate with Kotak bank (due to various reasons) in the past. Re-ignite the customer need for applying to a Kotak bank product (either same as earlier or a new product) and help better handling of this customer. This has helped in reducing the 50% drop in CPL. Responsible for lead generation for various products through the available website inventory, with core focus on CASA, PL & CC. Define the positions and priorities of banners and pop-up for all pages, so as to get maximum leads from organic traffic.
