The first HR director in India, I led my team to deliver one of the biggest organic growth stories in the world. I served as the global HR leader for the largest business, Accenture Technology, as revenues rose by ~45% and the employee base from 255,000 to 375,000 during a historic growth phase.Leading with first principles thinking, I strive for sustainable approaches to solve for both the near and the longer term.
