Conducted Economic Analysis of Inter-company transactions for various Transaction types: Services, Inter-company Loans, Manufacturing, to determine that pricing was at arm’s length and according to IRS regulations. In addition to using standard transfer pricing techniques, I used and enhanced econometrics methods for transfer pricing analysis where starndard techniques did not apply. Also conducted financial modeling and statistical simulation of hydrocarbon prices and resultant project revenues to analyze project risk.
