Managing the design process for high-end Class 2 residential developments, encompassing the entire spectrum from ECI to the completion of construction. Facilitating seamless collaboration among architects, service engineers, and interior designers to achieve the realization of high-end apartment developments. Coordinating the progression of project design, guiding it through the ECI stage to the Construction Certificate (CC) stage, and ultimately to the issuance of the Occupancy Certificate (OC). Projects range from $10M - $30M

Managing design of Class 2 multi-story residential developments. From design development to construction stages. Coordinating architects, service engineers and interior designers to achieve high end apartment developments.

Leading design projects in the company. Involved and designing projects from residential to commercial within All Stages of the RIBA Plan of Works. From Client initial discussions to completion. Projects include residential houses, commercial buildings including showrooms and leisure projects from hotels to lodges. Other roles include: - Design Manager at Design and Build Firm- Contract Administration- Construction Management- Practice Management- High end 3D and Visualizations

Roles and Responsibility: - Leading a team comprised of Part 1 Architectural assistants. - Liaising directly with clients and managing jobs from planning stage to tender stages. - Leading planning application submissions, appeals and liaising with directly with planners and pre-planning applications.- Involved in detail drawings and construction drawings. - Preparing NBS Schedules and managing contracts. - Experience in preparing Party Wall documents.- Conducting weekly team meetings ensuring efficiency and implementing new ways of working.

- Designing car showrooms and creating sketchup models whilst ensuring design consistency with the car company design manual and specifications.-Balancing this work whilst completing my Part II masters qualification.

-Carrying out surveys, drawings up plans on autocad and drawing up proposals for residential planning applications. -Involved in building regulation drawings.
