I joined VGC in 2014 and since then I have worked with multiple brands across sectors on a range of assignments. From leading the branding exercises for Indian Institute of Science, GD Group of Hotels to working on landmark projects like the rebranding & communication for Dholera Industrial City, SPS Hospitals & Aditya Birla Group. I have also worked on projects, positioning exercises, launch strategies and campaigns for several consumer brands including Scullers, Converse, Jealous 21, Indigo Nation, Pantaloons, 360 Life (a premium organic brand), Nitesh Hub (a premium Pune-based mall) and many more.I currently spearhead all business activities, head the client management team and also lead all the creative strategy & planning aspects for new projects. At VGC, I've even developed workshop modules & a proprietary process that are both based on design thinking.

DREAM:IN is an award winning start-up based in Bangalore. From incubating entrepreneurs (and providing them design, business and financial advisory services) to developing a social interactive platform on the internet, DREAM:IN is trying to create an eco-system for entrepreneurship so that everyone can have an equal opportunity at realising their dream. Apart from helping build the business, I've had to work on various capacities at the start up including Marketing, Stakeholder Management, Conceptualisation of Programs & Modules, Oversee development of the tech portal, Project Management, Business Operations, Content Development and so much more.

Idiom is a design firm with varied design skills under one roof. Idiom was India’s first and largest multi-disciplinary design firms. Working with more than 100 successful brands, Idiom housed a multi talented team under one roof (business analysts, design strategists, product designers, architects, graphic designers, visual communicators and project managers)I worked on brands like Manipal, Future Group and TVS amongst others in various capacities on multiple projects. I also managed their social media and worked on SEO for the Idiom website. My role had me develop, anchor and conceptualise several design thinking programs and modules.

Spread is Idiom’s design education initiative. It has been conceived to SPREAD DESIGN as a way of thinking and doing things; to spread design across cultures, businesses and people. Spread is an independent unit; it is a radical design education, content and consulting institution. At Spread, I juggled multiple roles including communication, marketing and production for all the various workshops under the Spread banner as well as being project leader on DREAM:IN, the biggest Spread project till date.

I worked as a research analyst for Repucom International, a sports branding and analysis company. I was trained in software that helped employees carry out their tasks more efficiently
