As a Technical Project Manager, my responsibilities would typically involve overseeing and coordinating various technical projects within the organization.Key responsibilities:1. Project Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.2. Team Coordination: Managing the team of developers, testers, DevOps and other technical professionals involved in the projects. Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth communication among team members.3. Requirement Analysis: Understanding client or internal stakeholders' requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications and user stories. Ensuring that the technical solutions align with the business objectives.4. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control processes and best practices to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and are free from defects.5. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client or external partners. Addressing their concerns and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.6. Reviewing Code Changes: Actively participating in the code review process by reviewing code changes submitted by developers. This involves inspecting the code for correctness, efficiency, readability, maintainability, and potential bugs.7. Ensuring that the established coding standards, guidelines, coding conventions, and best practices are consistently followed by all team members. 8.
