I got the opportunity to work with different teams and in different roles starting from Talent Acquisition to Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.• Managing walk-ins as per the MRF raised and taking interviews on the basis of behavioural competencies• Conducting ER Audits across all the plants ensuring the adherence of the labour laws and handling the employee grievances• Designing training module for Line Supervisors and imparting it to all the Units across India • Analyzing Business at par with manpower cost optimization, process improvement and ensuring that said group targets are achieved• Focusing on various metrics and ratios like Revenue per Employee, Cost per hire, profitability ratio etcIn addition to my roles, I also actively took initiatives in designing and executing succession planning model for N-1 and N-2 by Identifying pool of potential successors to fill critical roles within the Group and also supported in devising the Long Term Strategy of the function.
