Categorised inventory of about 1952 SW assets across 280 categories. Identified 69 categories with 498 SW assets having more than 50% capability overlap. - Developed a Standard Shipping Instruction Dashboard using python for one of the world’s largest oil field services company. Dashboard included shipping instructions across 100 global locations and streamlined the process for generating global shipping contract documents.- Executed QMS transformation for a US based biopharmaceutical company by revamping quality procedures inline with regulations of US FDA, EMA, ISO, WHO and ICH. Developed quality procedures for processes related to Lifecycle Management and GxP by addressing gaps identified during benchmarking and incorporating latest applicable regulation of US FDA, EMA, ISO, WHO and ICH. Optimized associated current state documents such as policies, charters, work instruction, forms and templates.
