I am currently working with the professors of the MSIS department to identify and create best practices for the Business Research Management(BRM) and Production and Operations Management(POM) Courses for the undergraduate student body.My experience in this involves, proctoring and grading exams, solving student queries in Excel and R and tutoring Statistics and course related materials.

I analyzed the competitive environment for a billion-dollar product segment and provide drecommendations aimed towards above average long term return on investments.

I created brand awareness for training programs on conflict resolution, communication, negotiation and implemented various social media strategies for the organization. Part of my role was to review and manage teams running point on developing and integrating content for social media websites using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. I created best practices for monitoring trends and encouraged adoption of social media tools. This resulted in successful social media campaigns that drove business and increase revenue by 29%.I also monitored the internet for brand-related topics of conversations and lead, trained, and managed content and SEO teams towards sustainability.

I led the talent acquisition process for the function as well. With a deep understanding of delivery benchmarks, I reevaluated the hiring techniques so as to attract and retain talent.I conducted various capability building programs for fresh talent on research technologies and market research. I also initiated and lead the ongoing “Train the Trainer” programs for different geographic regions so as to assist the team members in developing intermediate skills on effective market research methodologies.Overall, I created an environment for the "Googley" experience for associates, team members, managers and leaders.
