At Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Science and Technology, with the guidance of Mr. Vijay Patil, our team functions dynamically with a secretary, secretary and an interview team. Our main goal is to create partnerships between our school and industry partners. As members of the Training and Placement Cell we are dedicated to helping students navigate their career paths smoothly by bridging the gap between academia and the professional world.Our tasks involve organizing sessions for companies to interact with students planning placement activities and building strong connections between the School of Science and Technology and various industries. This requires planning and coordination to provide the opportunities for student placements and career growth.Additionally we go beyond placing students, in jobs. We focus on creating a rounded learning environment that fosters skills like teamwork, leadership, customer service expertise, effective communication and adept problem solving abilities. By developing these skills in our students we aim to empower them to succeed in their chosen fields and contribute positively to society.
