Branch Operations

At Renewsys India Pvt. Ltd., I am responsible for managing the procurement of all required inputs and outputs, such as materials, supplies, equipment, and corporate goods and services. I am in-charge of reviewing and updating existing catalogue data in order to revise material specifications for physical verification at sites in collaboration with Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations. In addition, I strive to maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and in the warehouse in order to boost productivity and sales. I also analyze and present reports from the management information system to senior management. I spearhead requests for proposals and information to strengthen our supply chain and cut costs wherever possible. I also create weekly, monthly, and quarterly procurement plans and manage procurement transactions in SAP-MM. Furthermore, I oversee cost management, resource allocation, and quality compliance to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints. I also manage and motivate teams to meet or exceed operational goals, sales goals, and the company's vision by working closely with store management to ensure warehouse safety, outlet standards, merchandising standards, and receiving and inventory guidelines are met.

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, I set sales goals by forecasting and establishing annual sales quotas. I devised and executed comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's business activities. I analyzed the technical and manufacturing requirements of potential buyers to determine the marketability of products and services. I supervised the performance of distributors and preferred retailers and implemented corrective measures as necessary. In addition, I cultivated and maintained healthy relationships with major electronics manufacturers, including Crompton Greaves, Surya Roshni, Godrej, Videocon, Havells, Bajaj, Orient electrical, etc.

In this role, I assisted the Branch Manager in setting and achieving sales goals, identified areas for improvement, and proposed corrective actions to address challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. My responsibilities included driving sales and profitability, as well as business development and growth of the retail branch. I provided leadership in operations, compliance, logistics, and administrative functions, and ensured that the branch's daily operations, including lending, product sales, and customer service, were carried out in accordance with the bank's objectives. I served as a primary support person for daily branch operations, including teller transactions, account maintenance, cash balancing, branch capture, ATM services, and cash vault. I was responsible for the branch's performance on audits and compliance with established bank operating procedures and practices, ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory policies and procedures. In addition, I created a performance-oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity. I led the branch staff in promoting sales through coaching and motivation and engaged and supported team members in seeking opportunities to enhance client relationships with additional solutions of value and client retention efforts. I partnered with the Branch Manager to provide overall leadership of the branch in the execution of operational excellence, performance evaluations, goals, and coaching.
