Effectively managed Project Management Office operations on diverse range of CapEx projects valued at INR 2500 Crores in greenfield and brownfield construction projects (both Engineering Procurement Construction-EPC & Scheduled Rate Contracts), operating under Government of India and various State Government frameworks. My roles and responsibilities include• Tendering, Negotiating & Bid Management for Selection of Contractors.• Assessing client requirements, prequalifying, and selecting service consultants, and assisting consultants in preparing preliminary cost estimates and detailed progress reports.• Conducting techno-commercial analyses of various materials and service technologies, evaluating the pros & cons of different options, and calculating payback periods.• Facilitating project reviews at higher management or audit levels through presentations, regular compilation, and documentation of data, and fostering cross-functional coordination.• Leading architects and consultants to ensure project execution aligns with green building norms and environmental health and safety guidelines.• Vendor Management & assessing commercial quotations for preparing Market Rate Analysis & justification of Rates of various products.• Assisted Finance department in verifying the progress Payment Claims submitted by Contractor for ongoing projects.• Usage of SAP as ERP tool, uploading tender document, scheduling activities, raising invoice etc.• Ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and delivery of project outcomes.• Ensure strong stakeholder relationships to support ongoing business success.• Successfully processed final bills, price variations, and change order claims, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and adherence to specified timelines.• Effectively oversaw the complete project lifecycle for approximately 15 work contracts, ensuring timely and within-budget completion while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

I underwent on-the-job training on a CapEx project valued at INR 500 Crores under the Ministry of Labour, Government of India. My roles and responsibilities encompassed:• Developing a comprehensive understanding of GFC (Good for Construction) and shop drawings in conjunction with detailed specifications of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, including Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, Lifts & Escalators, STP, WTP & ETP), Electrical Systems (HT, LT, Substation, DG, ELV, PAS, FAS, and Solar PV), Plumbing & Sanitation Systems, and MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline Systems).• Extensive study of standards such as CPWD Specifications, GCC, SCC, National Building Code, ASHRAE, GRIHA, ECBC, NFPA, SMACNA, AHRI, and relevant IS/BIS codes.• Active participation in site supervision to ensure highest quality practices at executions works in compliance with all relevant quality standards and safety protocols.• Engagement in liaison activities, including finalizing building layouts and addressing legal aspects for submission to municipal and government bodies for approval.• Certification of measurements on regular basis to facilitate the generation of monthly Running Bills, ensuring smooth cash flow to all contractors involved.• Ensure strong stakeholder relationships to support ongoing business success.• Verification of final As-built drawings at the project closure time.
