He is an integral part of a Global Tribute to Nelson Mandela, wherein his handwritten message in the book 'House of Common' is right next to a message by Hollywood Actor Will Smith.His special song for Women Empowerment titled "Main Hoon Naari Shakti" featuring 53 Dynamic women has won 4 International Film Festival Awards.He was felicitated by Ex- C.M of Maharashtra, Shri. He has also created a song dedicated towards awareness regarding the pressing issue of GLOBAL WARMING. This song features 15 top singers of Bollywood.Rahul plans to spread Global Awareness through this song via the Audio-Visual Medium.His other major Project was a song titled "Awaaz Do" against the Terrorist attacks on Hotel Taj - Mumbai. This song was officially unveiled during a special concert at the Gateway- Taj Hotel Mumbai by Shri Tushar Gandhi, the Great Grandson of Mahatma Gandhi.Rahul has just finished recording a Motivational Anthem for the Youth of India.Rahul is currently also working on a short awareness film project for "Save the Tigers", & a song in condemnation of the heinous act of Female Foeticide.In fact, at the request of Mumbai's famous "Utpal Sanghvi School", Rahul wrote & created a special School Anthem for them, which is a part of their daily curriculum.A sincere practitioner of applied spirituality, Rahul has been doing Vipassana Meditation, as initially taught by Gautama Buddha, since last ten years.
