About Rahul De

As the CEO of Lonestar Cell MTN, an innovative telecom operator in Liberia, I am leading our Ambition 2025 journey to connect everyone with a modern and connected life. I have extensive expertise in operating in VUCA markets, strategic business and operations management, new business development and stake holder management.I have been part of many pioneering and industry-first product and services in the digital and fintech space, such as launching the Youth proposition 'Pulse' in Nigeria, which created an ecosystem for millions of young people to express themselves and become economically independent. I have also embraced AI, big data, M2M learning, to enhance our customer experience and value proposition. I believe in value creation and transformation, and I am passionate about partnering with government and donor organizations to achieve financial and digital inclusion, women and youth empowerment, and community upliftment. I also believe strongly in creating a conducive culture and skill set development for our teams, and I am a proud graduate of the AMP 118 program from INSEAD.
