Growing up on a tiny farm, I developed a fervor for nature and a deep appreciation for the value of hard work and determination which I believe never go out of style. As I grew up and got a job in the city, I worked my way from a production engineer to a supervisor/project coordinator and then finally a project manager and have found that there are many similarities between the two worlds. Just as farming requires hard work, dedication and attention to detail, project management requires a similar level of commitment, patience and focus. Whether you are planting crops or launching a new product, success depends on careful planning, effective communication and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.In both farming and project management, there are often unexpected challenges that arise. Whether it's a crop disease or a budget shortfall, I find it important to be flexible and agile in your approach and to work collaboratively with others to find creative solutions to complex problems.I am an ambivert and open-minded individual who is always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities and refuse to let geographical limitations hold me back from pursuing my dreams. With a focus on people and relationships, I understand that success in any job requires a strong ability to manage and communicate effectively with other people.
