Handling multiple stakeholders at a time along with Training of Control Center, Fleet Supervisor, Capacity Planning & Pilot Managers.• Process Coordination & Documentation Standardisation - Implementing and coordinating the latest software development processes, creating documentation standards, and ensuring the entire tech team is following the same.• L2 Customer Support - Playing the Reporting Head role for Level 2 Customer Support Department.

Responsibilities included:• Delivery - Ensure timely & quality delivery (Agile Methodology); Plan & achieve monthly delivery targets; Ensure delivery-related tools (JIRA, Basecamp, ERP, Confluence) are maintained & used effectively.• PMO - Incrementally improve and implement Project Management Processes; Periodic project reviews & audits with PMs & PCs.• Resources – Organise and structure resource teams; Ensure employee skill enhancement is planned and executed effectively; Manage employee morale and issues.• Clients - Handle client escalations and implement resolutions after root cause analyses; Relationship building with clients and Farming of accounts.• Sales - Pre-Sales Calls and Solutioning; Continually improving agreements signed with new clients to remove ambiguities.• Finance - Provide monthly projections of delivery targets; Follow up on pending invoices.
