Have also represented clients in a number of commercial and corporate disputes, shareholder litigation, corporate insolvency and restructuring, revival of sick/wound up companies, challenges to government policies/regulations, sexual harassment complaints/redressal, eviction proceedings and consumer grievances/redressal, media & entertainment, intellectual property rights and direct taxation. These include matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the Company Law Board, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Securities Exchange Board of India, Securities Appellate Tribunal and the Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction.
