I am an AsiaPacific Regional Leader at Cisco, leading the Hybrid Work Solutions business for the APJC region, focusing on the SMB market with a team of 15 people across 10 countries. With over 17 years of experience in technology sales and business development, I have a proven track record of delivering value to customers and partners, driving growth and innovation, and building high-performing teams.In my current role, I design and implement business plans across theatres, build and lead a new sales team to expand the Hybrid Work Cloud/SaaS solutions business in the SMB market, and mentor and train team members to become successful Hybrid Work sellers. I also leverage my strong skills in developing and maintaining C-suite relationships, working with executives on long-term technology enabled business initiatives, and building Cisco's SMB channel eco-system for Collaboration and Hybrid work SaaS products. In my previous role, I achieved 45% YoY growth across Calling, Video, and Webex in the Indian SMB market, and grew Cisco wallet share by up to 20% in two of the largest Indian accounts.
