Current• Working as technical account manager to work closely with key telecom carrier/enterprise customers• Manage escalations for RTS team & perform live troubleshooting on remote sessions with customer• Provide the product support for various Ribbon products (Edge/Core SBCs, PSX, RAMP & Analytics)• Provide support for SBC, PSX & RAMP POCs/deployment at telecommunication service providers.• Work with GPS/Design Sustaining Team to fix bugs and new feature enhancement requests.•… Show more • Working as technical account manager to work closely with key telecom carrier/enterprise customers• Manage escalations for RTS team & perform live troubleshooting on remote sessions with customer• Provide the product support for various Ribbon products (Edge/Core SBCs, PSX, RAMP & Analytics)• Provide support for SBC, PSX & RAMP POCs/deployment at telecommunication service providers.• Work with GPS/Design Sustaining Team to fix bugs and new feature enhancement requests.• Work on the integration of Microsoft Direct Routing (DR) with Ribbon Edge/Core SBCs• Work on call scenarios which involves SIP, RTP, H323, RTCP, MEGACO, SDP, MGCP• Doing end to end troubleshooting for media transcoding, T1 E1 and SIP signaling issues.• Experience of resolving Customers Emergency outage incidents due to process cores, bad configuration and high resource memory/CPU utilization • Working on CDR (Call details record) analysis as well to identify the details of call and reason of failure• Support for Linux systems, VOIP signaling, Networking and interconnection issues.• Perform software upgrades, Troubleshooting and maintenance of customer’s Systems/Networks.• Perform customer’s test cases in local lab i.e. manual testing of different scenarios• Take feedback / escalations from customer on weekly / bi-weekly conf calls.• Take Knowledge sharing sessions with other team members.
