Worked in ICICI Ltd. / ICICI Bank for:• Credit appraisals of large corporate for providing fund and non-fund based banking facilities, risk-reviews, documentation, credit review and renewals • Relationship manager for selected corporate to offer banking products (credit, trade finance, CMS and treasury solutions)• Structured finance transactions involving CDO issue and securitization transactions• System designs, BRDs, SAP implementation across the various verticals• Corporate accounts – monthly, quarterly reports for internal purpose and for external third parties (RBI, World bank, and to other DFIs)
