Projects :1) Payment Gateway (ecommerce)2) 3D Secure (ecommerce)3) Web SI ( Web based Standing Instruction)4) POS Testing.5) TPMS ( Terminal Parameter Management System).6) Iview ( An application for 360 degree view of customer bank wide).7) Erecon ( Reconciliation Application).• Undertaking Project Execution, Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Defining / Redefining Business Processes.• Change Request – Analysis, Feasibility, Prioritization, Scheduling, Testing and making presentations where required to bring in Business Understanding.• Translate business requirements into a systems design that can be understood by the lead developers.• Co-ordinate project planning from a product management/business analysis aspect with the Project Manager.• Gather business/industry expertise/knowledge from end users.• Working with the business users, interacting with IT teams and other divisions in the Firm, understanding and documenting the business requirements.• Verify the approach documents- Impact analysis document for the functional changes required in the system.• Prepare functional test case scenario and validate and verify functional test cases provided by Business Users.• Responsible for executing functional test cases and Meetings with Stakeholders for Change Request.• Prepare detailed business requirements / system requirements/gap analysis documents.• Responsible for the efficient Go live of the Application.• Draft UAT schedule, Test Plans and Test Data sets and Live Set ups.• Analyze existing business models and design appropriate improved Processes / IT solution.• Ensure Application is as per auditing standards for the Bank.(RBI Audit,SOX Audit,IAD Audit,Proactive audit).• Handled a few projects right from Business requirement -> Business Benefit->Analysis->Planning->Initiation->Development->Testing->Execution->Go Live->Post Live Issues.
